Runoff Democratic Primary for District 5

Who can vote in this primary?
  • Registered Democrat voters
  • Registered Unaffiliated voters who voted a Democratic ballot in the September primary
  • Registered Unaffiliated voters who did NOT vote in the September primary
  • NOTE: Registered Republicans and Libertarians, as well as Registered Unaffiliated voters who voted a Republican ballot in the September primary, are not eligible to vote in this primary. 

Early Voting will open at Hal Marshall Annex Monday, September 25, 2017 from 10 am until 5 pm.

  • Hal Marshall will also be open for voting Tuesday through Friday, September 26-29 from 8 am until 5 pm.
  • It will also be open the following week Monday through Friday, October 2 - October 6, 2017  8 am until 7 pm.

An additional location - Independence Regional Library will open Monday October 2, 2017 at 10 am.
  • Independence Regional Library will be open Monday through Friday, October 2 - 6, 2017  10 am until 7 pm.
  • Both locations will be open Saturday, October 7, 2017 10 am until 1 pm. 
  • Early voting ends Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 1 pm.

You must vote in your assigned precinct on Election Day, Tuesday, October 10, 2017.
  • Polls will be open Election Day from 6:30 am until 7:30 PM.
